This item was shipped almost immediately which I was very pleased to see. Then the tracking did not update for 2 days which concerned me. I contacted the seller and received a prompt response. Customer service was exceptional!!! Ironically, my item appeared back on track and was delivered on the early side of the expected window! The comforter is beautiful. The colors are exactly as pictured. Very pleased with the quality for the affordable price. Excellent value. I highly recommend this seller and product line.Will see after it is dry cleaned. Too soon to rateI used it for a short gift!Love the softness.The set is absolutely stunning. The blue is more of a dark blue compared to the teal in the photos. The comforter is thin just be aware of that. It works for me because I get warm at night. It did come with a fitted sheet and 2 white pillow cases which was a bonus.This comforter is absolutely beautiful. The fit on my split king size bed is perfect. Others I had ordered before were short on the sides. This one fits perfectly. I love it.DO NOT WASH IT YOURSELF!!! I just moved in my new place and I got this set and I washed it when I moved it like I do always and it had something inside and it messed up the hold thing !! And I even washed it like how your apost to and read the tag and it was a wast of $80I would have given it five stars but the very first time it was washed on a delicate setting some of the stitches gave way. It is still usable and comfy but I wasn’t real pleased that it did that.
