We purchased 4 chaise lounges in May, 2021. I scoured the internet for affordable, yet quality outdoor furniture. I have no been disappointed with these at all! These are in full Sun and not covered at all. Initially, if it rained, I would bring the cushions inside. That didn’t last too long. The cushions do get sopping wet, but they dry out. We did bring them indoors for the winter. I wasn’t willing to take my chances with ice and snow. We’re on year 2 and they still look and feel great! I wish I could buy more matching pieces! No regrets and I would recommend to anyone!Chairs are easy to assemble, although fitting the slipcovers on the cushions takes some work - it’s like trying to fit a very tight pillowcase on a very long pillow! We like that the chairs lay completely flat unlike some resin wicker chaises. We’re confident they’ll last a long time, as we have a couple matching Crosley pieces that haven’t aged a bit after being left outside every day over 6 years in the Southern California sunshine.I don't know what to say that hasn't already been said by other users- there's no cushion covers. I ordered navy blue covers and nothing has arrived. There was a letter with the chair titled "Please Don't Worry, Your Cushion Covers May Ship Separately". Well, as it turns out, they also MIGHT NOT ACTUALLY SHIP AT ALL. The chair itself is a quality but the frustration with the cushion covers cancels out the quality of the chair. It was fairly easy to assemble. For note, I previously bought outdoor chairs made by the same company from a different furniture store and in that instance I received the WRONG COLOR cushion covers. Anywhere you buy from this company don't expect to have cushion covers that you want.The lounge chair itself is nice. Good quality and comfortable but I had to spend an extra $100 at target for a cushion for it which was upsetting and money I should not have had to spend. There was no option to have cushion covers sent only an option to return the product which I was not willing to pay for due to a packing error or whatever happened. It was easier to buy a new cushion . I have the one it came with in my closet with no cover it is just a white paper covering no sand covers and I wanted sand! Target only had a blue cushion to fit it no sand cover. So over all I was not happy with the product,sorry.The cover for the cushion comes in a separate box but both were delivered together.Ordered 2 years after the original set of Crosley furniture for our patio.
